Dr. Negin Rajaipour, MD

Board-certified family medicine physician. U.S. Navy veteran.
Creator of The E3 Method™.

Dr. Negin Rajaipour, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician and U.S. Navy veteran. She served as a Hospital Corpsman before completing her medical training and board certification in family medicine. Her clinical career spans federally qualified health centers, emergency medicine, concierge care at Eisenhower Medical Center and California Concierge Doctors, trauma medicine at Kern Medical, and hospice and end-of-life care.

Trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and integrative approaches to chronic illness became her ongoing focus through self-directed study and clinical interest — driven by what she repeatedly observed in practice: patients who were physiologically healthy but functionally impaired. Not by disease, but by unprocessed trauma and nervous system dysregulation.

She recognized those patterns because she had lived them. Dr. Rajaipour built The Resurrection Algorithm™ not from theory or textbook, but from her own collapse and rebuild — high AAE and ACE scores, the dismantling of an outwardly successful life, and the long, structured work of restoring her nervous system, identity, and capacity from the ground up.

This work exists because she needed it and it didn't yet exist. The framework she now teaches is The E3 Method™ — the one she had to build for herself.

Background

  • Board-certified in family medicine
  • U.S. Navy veteran — served as Hospital Corpsman
  • Clinical focus on trauma-informed care and integrative approaches (self-directed study and clinical interest)
  • Decade of clinical practice identifying trauma-related dysregulation patterns
  • Creator of the AAE (Adverse Adulthood Experiences) Assessment

The E3 Method™

Elevate (nervous system + consciousness) → Embody (biological restoration) → Evolve (identity + behavior integration).

Patients weren't broken. They were responding predictably to adverse experiences that disrupted their nervous system, fragmented their identity, and collapsed their execution capacity. They didn't need more productivity hacks. They needed restoration first, then optimization.

Why This Work Matters

High performers are particularly vulnerable to unprocessed trauma. They compensate through achievement. They build success on top of pain. And it works—until it doesn't.

The Resurrection Algorithm offers an alternative: restoration before optimization. Healing before performance. Stable foundations before ambitious goals.

This isn't about slowing down. It's about building something that lasts.
