Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
Physical Products (Signed Hardcover Books)
Signed hardcover copies are custom-personalized and non-refundable once shipped.
If your book arrives damaged, email admin@mye3method.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement.
Digital Products (Courses — $47, $97, $297)
Course purchases are eligible for a 7-day refund from date of purchase, provided the participant has completed less than 25% of the course content.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@mye3method.com.
After 7 days or after 25% completion, all sales are final.
Consulting / Advisory Services
Per the Non-Clinical Consulting Agreement, sessions are confirmed upon payment.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session are eligible for reschedule (no refund).
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee.
Refund remedy for disputes is governed by the Consulting Agreement signed at engagement.
Amazon Book Purchases
Book purchases made through Amazon are governed by Amazon's return and refund policies.
Contact Amazon directly for any issues with book orders placed through their platform.
